Free Consultation — Tell us your space, budget, and what you want the room to do (golf, racing, theater, arcade, all of it). We'll talk through options and rough numbers.
Design & Proposal — We put together a layout and gear plan for the room, with a clear scope and price before anything starts.
Permitting & Planning — If the job needs permits or inspections, that work is handled by our licensed contracting partner to keep everything by the book.
Build & Install — Construction, electrical, AV, and gear installation, managed start to finish by one team instead of juggling a contractor and a separate equipment vendor.
Walkthrough & Handoff — We walk you through the finished room, dial in the equipment, and make sure you know how to run everything before we leave.

Do I need to buy the gear from you to use the build service? No, but we can usually get you better pricing and a tighter install when the room and the gear are planned together from day one.
Can you just handle part of the project? Yes. Some clients want a full room built from scratch; others just need a garage or bonus room properly wired, finished, and fitted for a simulator or theater setup. We'll scope to what you need.
Do you handle permits and inspections? Where permitting is required, that work is handled through our licensed contracting partner so the job stays fully compliant.
How long does a typical build take? It depends on scope — a single-room simulator or theater install can run a few weeks, while a full custom build or addition takes longer. You'll get a timeline as part of your proposal.
